Catering available for small groups

A delicious selection of gourmet sandwiches prepared on our freshly baked artisan-style breads,
with a variety of oven roasted meats, cheeses and spreads
-Always beautifully garnished with vegetables and pickles
$8.95 per person (min. 10 people)

Breakfast
½ cup kamut or wheat berries, sprouted
½ cup fresh fruit chopped – your choice
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp nuts and seeds ex. (almonds, sunflower seeds)
1 tbsp dried cranberries or raisins
Mix all ingredients together and serve with your choice of milk, soy milk or yogurt – very filling and extremely healthy. Serves 2




3-4 cups sprouts – spicy lentil crunch, or a mix of leafy and bean mixhummus
½ - 1 cube of Avinda's Frozen Pureed Organic Garlic – available at Nature's Corner
1 splash of olive oil until the right consistency
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tihini paste available at Nature's Corner
Salt and pepper to taste

In a food processor whirl sprouts first with garlic to form a paste. Add rest of ingredients to give you the consistency of hummus. Serve chilled with crackers, tortilla chips, crustybread or croustini.


3-4 cups sprouts any leafy sprout –
(broccoli, alfalfa, clover, spicy lentil mix or your choice)
½ cup pineapple chopped
½ cup green grapes halved
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
Sea salt & pepper to taste

Combine sprouts and fruit in large bowl. Mix up other ingredients, pour over the sprout fruit mix. Toss. Serve chilled.


 

Great on sandwiches & wraps or burgers
Fold into an omeletsprouts
Add to salads or make it your salad
Sprouts and peanut butter go very well together
Grind grain sprouts to make a dough to make bread
